Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in salable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All orders totaling $200.00 or more will ship free of charge. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. This processing time is allotted in addition to the transit time of the shipment. Most orders arrive within a total of 5 to 7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
If your item is unavailable in our store for immediate shipment, it will be processed as a special order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a special order to be delivered. All items in our store available only as a special order are marked as such.
We can ship only to addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders shipped to businesses identified as package forwarding services at this time. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
