Shipping + Returns
All orders totaling $200.00 or more will ship free of charge.
Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. This processing time is allotted in addition to the transit time of the shipment. Most orders arrive within a total of 5 to 7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please Contact Us to place your order over the phone if you require expedited shipping -- additional charges may apply.
We make every effort to update our online inventory so that it reflects the current stock in our physical store. Occasionally, an item is mistakenly still available for purchase on our website even though it is physically out of stock. In this case we can still special order the item with an ETA of approximately 3-4 weeks. We understand that jewelry purchases can be time-sensitive, so we will contact you as soon as possible should this situation arise with your order.
We can ship only to addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders shipped to businesses identified as package forwarding services at this time.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in salable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
